About the distillery

The Convalmore distillery was located in the heart of Speyside, between the Glenfiddich & Craigellachie distilleries. It was founded in 1893 or 1894 by the Convalmore-Glenlivet Distillery Co. Ltd.

Other Information

The Rare Malts selection comprises a stunning selection of whiskies from operational and lost distilleries which were bottled by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Distilled in 1978 and bottled as a 24 year old in 2003 this is bottle number 6021 from the closed Convalmore distillery.
